Four steps
1. Tell us about the move. Use the contact form to ask for a callback. Tell us your city and your move date. When the mover calls, have the details ready: both addresses, the size of the home, stairs and elevators, heavy items and whether you want packing help. 2. We pass your request to one mover. Your request goes to the single independent local moving company serving your territory. We don't sell it to a list of companies, and we don't auction it. 3. The mover does a walk-through. They contact you directly to see what's moving, in person or by video, because nobody can estimate a move responsibly without seeing it. 4. You get an estimate directly from them. The mover gives you a written estimate. Whether to book, and on what terms, is between you and them. We're not a party to that agreement.
What we are, and what we aren't
Get Mover Pros is an independent directory for local moves. We don't move anything: we don't operate trucks, employ crews or supervise anyone's work. We don't evaluate or verify permits, registrations, coverage for belongings or workmanship, so check those yourself before you book. We cover moves within a metro area only, not long-distance or interstate moves.
What we do with your details
We share your name, number, city and timeframe with one independent local moving company so they can contact you, and with no one else. We don't sell your information. See our privacy policy.
For local moving companies
Get Mover Pros works with one independent moving company per territory. A company that works with us receives the requests from that territory directly.
Moving crews spend their days on the road and in other people's homes, and calls often come in while everyone's carrying furniture. Companies can add an optional answering and text module: calls to the territory number are answered live under the company's brand, the caller's move details are taken down, the caller gets a text confirmation from Get Mover Pros saying their details have been logged and when to expect a callback, and the company gets the details by text and email right away.
We don't promise any mover a number of calls, leads, jobs, rankings or revenue. If you run a local moving company in one of our cities and want to talk about a territory, use the contact form and say so.
